ABOUT THE PROJECT
My project centres on developing a scalable and delightful framework for Google Pay's product landing pages, aiming to ensure consistent and cohesive Core Value Proposition (CVP) communication. I initiated this by auditing existing Google Pay CVP pages and competitor apps to identify user needs and best practices. This research directly informed the design of crucial UX building blocks: an information hierarchy strategy, a partner attribution system, and effective value proposition communication.
The goal was to deliver a foundational framework that streamlines the design process, enhances user understanding and trust, and ultimately improves conversion rates, all while considering platform and technical dependencies for feasibility.
My key deliverables included a competitive analysis, detailed design proposals, and stress-tested examples demonstrating the framework's impact. These findings were synthesised into outlining the current approach's strengths and weaknesses, providing a clear roadmap.
